Amerifreight was very helpful throughout the entire shipping process. They were honest and explained every step of the process before it occurred. I choose to go with them as they would guaranty picking the car up within a few days or they would add to the bid for shipping the car - increasing the likeliness of my car being shipped in a timely manner. Amerifreight was very open in explaining that they were a broker that post listing to have my car shipped - I personally felt much more comfortable having this explained to me while other companies would shy away from questions related to the process. On top of everything else, they gave me the lowest quote of the well trusted companies I talked to at the time.

The only small issue was on the delivering end - the truck showed up 4 hours after the time slot they had given us without letting us know of the delay. For us, this was not a huge issue - but it would have been nice if we had been notified of this.
