When I first contacted ameri-frieght it all went well. There were a few things that were needed on my part to complete a quote for shipment. The ameri-frieght guy on the phone said he would call me back to complete the quote but never called me back. I finally gave up on waiting and called ameri-frieght 4 days later to talk to another person and start a new quote. Once my order was made, they said my vehicles would be picked up anytime between the 17th of november to the 24th of november. I waited until the 27th and still no call. Finally I got a call the 28th saying I had a carrier and he would be there saturday or sunday, 29th or 30th. I waited for a call but never got one, so I found out the company who was shipping, called them, and Jerry from Jerry's shipping gave me the drivers phone number. I called the driver and he said he was picking them up in a couple hours. When was he gonna let me know he was on his way? I was an hour away at my mother and laws house so I got dressed and rushed up to the place of pick-up. Once I got there I waited and he didnt show until six hours later. What a boring day.
6 Days later, the driver calls me telling me he would be dropping off the vehicles early. I told him it was okay to drop off and he did. He parked on the side of the road and drove one of my vehicles off the truck and all the way down a 200ft+ driveway with flat tires. I came outside the next morning and all of the tires were still flat! Horrible experience.
