After a failed attempt with another transporter, I switched to AmeriFreight as their previous reviews were encouraging. My interaction with them was always pleasant and professional; they completely understood my situation which included a difficult (restricted street) pick-up. When my initial contact person was unavailable, a second person picked up the move seamlessly. They were also attentive when contact with the trucker broke down.
