Christine was my contact for my car transport from Florida to North Carolina . Due to a medical issue I had to reschedule the date. Which she assisted on with ease. Upon rescheduling, she confirmed the new date with the transporter. Unfortunately the transporter was a no show despite Christine trying to reach them as well as myself. She then was very helpful and apologetic of the transporter performance and got me a new carrier who was reliable. Christine was helpful and a great resource in helping through a non routine transport.
