I have never used a transport service before so was very anxious to transport my son’s new car to his new residence 2000 miles away. Agent Rosalind Cook was very patient and walked me through it all . She kept me informed and updated . I needed her help to reach the driver to arrange a different drop off address . She did it without hesitation. I highly recommend this company and this agent !!!
