I am glad I have the chance to give you my opinion. I normally do not do these reviews. My family and I do a lot of businesses. I wanted to take the time to let you know that your representative Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with. She has all the attributes a company would want out front to represent them. She was kind, courteous, professional, and very sincere. I have shipped cars numerous times over the years and for the most part, the representatives are substandard, if not downright short and rude. I received quotes this time for our three cars. Many were far less. When my brother and I were listening to Michelle on the speakerphone, we both nodded yes, we want to do business with her. She established trust right off the bat and maintained her helpfulness. we really appreciate her and hope you do as well. Thank you very much.!
