I think Robyn and the personnel who transported my car from SC to Washington State were on the ball at every level. Robyn responded very quickly and had great information to my questions. The transporter, Izzy, put up with the fact that we were unable to transport two vehicles. I immediately contacted Robyn, and she promptly responded. The cost was adjusted in a very short time and she was very fair in evaluation. I would use AmeriFreight again when I need to transport my next car.
