This was our first auto transport experience, and we were worried because of too many horror stories from friends. I did a lot of research before settling on AmeriFreight, which seemed head and shoulders above the competition. It paid off. Our carrier was almost noncommittal on pickup and delivery dates. We dealt with Robyn at AmeriFreight, and in both cases a quick call to her and everything fell back into place. She was extremely patient with us, was careful in setting (and meeting or exceeding!) expectations, providing logical easily understood explanations. More importantly, she knew how to deal effectively with the drivers. Robyn made it work for us.
