Re: order number 15574620 - I worked with Melissa and others on the AmeriFreight team to arrange a vehicle transport from CO to OR recently. After reading about the many pitfalls and red flags around this industry, it was reassuring to work with people that were responsive and informative while not being aggressive. They were happy to explain all the steps in the process and how things work behind the scenes, which I appreciate. Even when she was not available in the office, the other folks on the team were able to step in and quickly answer any questions I had and keep things moving. I'm sure I could have saved a few bucks somewhere else, but it's worth a little extra to have a competent and hyper-responsive team on your side. That said, they did help me find all of the minor discounts that I could qualify for which helped. Thanks!
