I had a wonderful experience with Amanda. She called at regular intervals while the booking was in process, and followed up to make sure that the carrier had arranged a satisfactory pickup. Most amazingly, she called during the transport of my car to ensure that everything was going okay, and followed up again after I received the car. I’ve been shipping cars for 10 years and this was the best experience I’ve had.
