Amanda Pike was the most helpful. She kept me in the loop and made sure I was taken care of. She even checked in with me after she had been out one day and someone else had a bid for delivering my truck. Amanda was the redeeming quality of our experience with Amerifreight. When our car was dispatched to be picked up Tatianna handled the transaction and did not have all the important information ready when I asked about pick up time and the cost. She failed to look at my account and see that I had chosen the pay in full upfront and the price increased after we had already agreed on pick up time. No communication was given as to when my truck would be delivered. Amanda worked to find out from the contracted shipping company. Overall good experience, just felt a little in the dark during the actual shipping process.
