Lackluster customer service

Hannah was easy to talk to, gave me a one thousand two hundred twenty-four dollar quote to move my car from MI to CA. Called with a carrier saying they wanted and extra three hundred and fifty dollars. I turned it down but Hannah said she’d see if the carrier wanted to compromise. I never heard back from Hannah that day. I called the next day to inquire and Hannah didn’t immediately know which customer I was. She had to look me up! she said the carrier never responded to her. I guess contacting me to let me know didn’t cross her mind. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE! Apparently this company is too big for personable experiences with the brokers who actually can remember the customers they are getting commissions on. Not the type of company I want to work with. Contract rescinded. I’ll find a company with a broker who knows me when I call about my vehicle and who keeps me posted on changes. A smaller one.
