The process of shipping a car is to say the least —is daunting. I appreciated the transparency and communication from AmeriFreight. From the moment I had my first phone call with Reginald Clayton I knew AmeriFreight was my top pick, great customer service. We did have a fall through on our first carrier but Reginald went above and beyond to secure another carrier within our urgent time frame. The second carrier was able to fulfill our request, Travis, the driver, was fantastic with communication as well. Both companies were a pleasure to work with and were accommodating during a stressful move.
