The whole process went smoothly. My agent worked with me to adjust pickup dates based on changing circumstances and the final charges ended up being several hundred dollars lower than some other companies quoted me. It was nice not to be rushed into finalizing the booking using scare tactics and my interactions with Hanna were pleasant.
