If you get Rosie as your main point of contact you will be very fortunate—she’s super knowledgeable and helpful. Overall everything with Amerifreight went 100% smoothly and easily, and I didn’t regret my choice to change companies from the smaller shipping company I had originally gone with in an attempt to save funds. The only thing to be aware of is Amerifreight’s booking fee is not insignificant—I don’t know how much variation there is in the fees, but mine was $300. But after the negative experience I had been having with the other company, it felt worth it.
