Lisa did an outstanding job from the first call. She explained the whole process including cost and reason for additional cost ( driver has to go over so many miles off their route to pick up vehicle). She stayed in touch during the whole process until after delivery. Her being professional allowed me to feel comfortable. Thanks much Lisa.
