First time organizing a shipment on my own, so it was a bit of a learning curve. Amerifreight has some of most consistently high ratings from multiple review sites and BBB. Once you realize all the “shipping” companies are brokers that feed into the same nationwide database, the differentiator between brokers becomes customer service and the shippers they use. Fortunately, I didn’t have any damage or issues, so I can’t speak to that part of their customer service, but my rep, Jen Sylvester, was great! She kept me informed every step of the way and periodically in between. The couple of times I had questions pop up, I could text or call and get an immediate response from Jen. If I have to ship a car again, I’m going straight back to Amerifreight.
