Dealing with AmeriFreight was a decent experience and I would recommend them to someone else. I’m only giving them a 4 out of 5 stars because even though the broker(Reginald) that I originally confirmed with was great to work with(spoke with him only twice), I never spoke with him again throughout the entire process and I dealt with at least 2 other representatives who told me he was off or unavailable, let alone the countless emails from more representatives/brokers. Despite all this, it was a good experience. The second broker called me and told me he had a driver that would pick up my vehicles for $1,100 more than the quote I received for $2089. I rejected the first offer and they didn’t charge me anything which was a plus. I ended up setting for a price of $2789 which $789 was a deposit for the broker and the driver transported two of my cars for $2000. The driver arrived late, but it was on the day he said he would and communication with him was a plus. He also arrived on the same day he said he would. I appreciate that they found a driver who was willing to take both of my cars and he was a man of word, so I am very thankful for Mr. Fernando and his son. They were honestly, the best part of the whole move. Shout out to Reginald as well. And the other woman who I spoke with, can’t remember her name but it was a Black woman. Great experience because of everything I mentioned and the price could have been better but it was reasonably priced nonetheless. Thanks AmeriFreight.
