Was kind and informative! Rosalind made sure that the process of getting the car shipped fairly easy. Only issue I had was that the price estimate is misleading. It doesn't reflect the true final cost which ended up being about an extra 40% more than the estimate. So definitely stay vigilant and ask for a true total cost estimate of the service and delivery. And that the word "estimate" is subjective which is probably why the cost difference was so high. Luckily I had a feeling something like this would occur so I had already factored that in.
