Reggie worked with me from start to finish. He thoroughly explained how the process with brokers and carriers works and suggested an alternative pickup city to save some money. My transport went smoothly, although I did not get 24 hour notice from the carrier as expected (I did get 6 hour notice). Despite that glitch in communication with the carrier company, Reggie was in communication with me via text, which made the whole procedure less nerve-wracking and made me confident that everything would work out in the end.
