I would describe Lisa H as knowledgeable, kind, understanding and helpful throughout the process of me transporting a ‘new-to-me’ suv from Ohio to Oregon and in less than five days!. I was thoroughly pleased with her customer service in describing in detail the process and costs, answering questions and then, following through upon delivery!
