We worked through Lisa at AmeriFreight to transfer my daughter's car from eastern PA to SW OH. Lisa arranged several potential drivers and we were able to agree on RE: pickup time. The driver Jorge made contact with my daughter and arranged a good pickup date/time. The BOL process went smooth. Jorge contacted our designated delivery person in SW OH to set up a convenient dropoff and delivery. We made payment via cashiers check - no problem. Car arrived in same condition as shipped. We felt Lisa and Jorge followed through with appropriate communication during this process, which eased our concerns, as we had never gone through this process before.
