Customer service was good driver situation another story

Customer service received from Brandon was good. He was attentive and thorough. The difficulty started when dealing directly with the driver, which becomes unavoidable but was not what I expected. The schedule changes, no shows and lateness made the entire experience stressful. Brandon did what he could to help but customer service isn't 24 hours and once a driver is selected and has your freight, they are in control. This is an interesting business model. If I ever have to do this again I'll probably research going another route. I'm giving 5 stars because I can't fault Brandon, my rep, for the issues. He was responsive and empathetic and negotiated a small discount for my trouble.
