Good responsive customer service by Amerifreight. Note that Amerifreight acts as a broker and the actual carrier experience will depend on which carrier is contracted with. Amerifreight will try to help with any concerns that arise during the transportation but you will also deal directly with the driver to resolve any issues. Car was picked up and delivered 2 days late by the carrier but this was within the window that is allowed to them. Plan to be as flexible as possible when transporting a vehicle.
