I cannot say enough good things about AmeriFreight and their staff. I searched for months to find a reputable shipper for my car from New Mexico to Alaska. After many phone calls, texts, spam emails, and scams, I finally reached AmeriFrieght and specifically Maleah. It was like a gift from the universe. Shipping a car to Alaska is a difficult and expensive task. Maleah was amazing at explaining the process, setting expectations, and connecting me to the right company for the second part of the transport. I felt so much relief. This company is legit. Every single time I called and someone other than Maleah answered I was met with courtesy, helpfulness, and efficiency. For example, when you call, they can see your details in their system immediately, clearly from your number. I didn’t have to tell my story every time I called. They just knew me. Yesterday, Maleah handed me off to the other company that is sending my car to Alaska via ferry. I suddenly wish I had another car to ship! Thank you AmeriFrieght!
