Purchasing and transporting a car cross country for the first time was incredibly stressful, especially never having any prior knowledge about how the auto transport industry works. I called multiple companies and talked to several agents before calling and speaking with Jazmin at AmeriFreight. She was the only person I spoke with who didn’t feel like a salesman and spoke to me like a normal person. She explained the entire process and gave me her honest opinions on when she thought the vehicle could be shipped and the price that other similar vehicles had shipped for recently on the same route. After a week, there weren’t any carriers willing to pick it up for the initial lower rate the vehicle was listed at, so Jazmin spent the day reaching out to different carriers and found one that could ship the vehicle within the time frame I needed for a higher rate that was still acceptable to me. My only complaint would be the initial online quote provided by AmeriFreight was so much lower than what carriers were actually willing to ship the vehicle for ($1209 quote vs. $1715 actually paid). But working with Jazmin was great and the vehicle arrived with no damage. It was delayed one day due to weather, but this was communicated to me and was still within the time frame that I needed the vehicle.
