Gina was an excellent communicator. She listened to all of my needs and responded accordingly. I was a little bit nervous about shipping a car from California to Texas as this was my first time but she answered all of my questions explained how the national board works and the bid/ ask system and let me know what to expect. The initial truck coming to get my vehicle broke down,but they quickly jumped into action and found another truck. They just arrived a couple of hours later. The estimated delivery time was five days, but I actually received the car and just three days.
