I have never transported a vehicle before, so after reading lots of great reviews, I decided to call AmeriFreight. Tristan was wonderful!! He put me at ease "holding my hand" through the entire process, promptly responding to all of my questions! I was put in touch with the driver who arranged the pick up, which happened within 24 hours of my initial inquiry. Our daughter's car was in her possession within 40 hours of being picked up from Central Texas to San Diego. It was so comforting to have such a great experience with him, that I could call back, specifically asking forTristan. He actually remembered me & immediately got the ball rolling again for the car to be brought back to Texas. DO NOT HESITATE to choose AmeriFreight, even if they cost more than the competition, bc they will take care of you!!! **you will need to have your car picked up & dropped off at a location where the transporter can easily navigate the parking lot, such as a gas station or retail parking lot.
