Communication could be better

The representative who helped me book transit was good. However, I received an email that I needed to pay the balance directly to the driver in money order, cashier's check or cash. When I called the actual transporter to find out what name should be on the cashier's check, they informed me that they only accepted cash at the time of delivery and I couldn't pay with money order or cashier's check. I got the cash to pay the driver when my car arrived, but he would not provide a receipt, which made me leery. He promised I would have a receipt in my email the following business day, but I did not. After calling to complain, I finally received it via email 6 days later. Communication should be better and receipts for cash should be provided immediately when cash payments are received. I was also told the driver would call to confirm a pickup time 24 hours in advance, which did not happen and made last minute scheduling for pickup difficult.
