We had used Amerifreight in the past to ship our oversized Jeep so I decided to call again when it was time to move. I spoke with Lauren Florence and she was polite, easy to understand and extremely helpful with the process. She had me setup and getting quotes within minutes and while the first bid ended up backing out once they saw the vehicle, it wasn’t more than another day before we had a carrier. The carrier arrived the same day, loaded and two days later was dropping it off across the country. Payment was extremely easy to the driver through Zelle and AmeriFreight with their own payment system. Lauren was responsive and communicative, even following up to confirm that the vehicle was delivered. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be contacting them in the future with vehicle transport needs.
