Lisa was very communicative and solution-oriented about my very complicated situation. When she was out, one of her colleagues, Gina, smoothly took over, and they kept each other informed. Things did turn out to be more expensive than initially quoted, but that was largely because of a time crunch in my own plans. I definitely learned a lot about how shipping logistics work, and I would certainly use AmeriFreight again if I needed to move vehicles.
