This is the first time I shipped a car. The transport was quite smooth. I am glad there was a team in AmeriFreight beyond my original contact that responded to ,my emails and calls. They explained the process to me in great detail that eliminated my concerns. Even though the driver arrived one day late, he did informed me of the delay. The pick up and drop off was uneventful.. One minor improvement I would like to see is being able to receive periodic updates on where my car was. Other than that, I am quite happy with the service.
