I initially went with Sherpa to ship a car from South Carolina to Oregon after reading reviews online and getting a great price. Apparently that price was too good to be true (no carriers were interested), and Sherpa's customer service is terrible (totally absent). Enter Amerifreight. After getting the quote, they connected me with an agent right away, Richard Roach, who was fantastic, supportive, knowledgable, and trustworthy. It took Rich less than 24 hours to find a carrier, who picked the car up the next day. The car shipped out on 5/27, and was delivered to my house in perfect condition on 6/6. I'm so grateful for Rich at Amerifreight for making what was initially a super stressful and frustrating experience (with Sherpa) so easy.
