Jen was one of the most customer friendly associates that we've ever dealt with. She answered all of questions promptly, knew what she was talking about, and was professional and courteous the entire time. She called us back several times to make sure that we were in the loop and aware of the transaction at all times. Our experience with AmeriFreight was very good and we would certainly recommend them in the future.
