This was my first experience shipping my car (new orleans to the bay area). I was anxious about the process because I’ve heard horror stories of car shipments. However, I found the employee’s at amerifreight to be super kind and helpful every time I called or texted with questions or concerns. Cindy, was especially helpful and accommodating when I had a few last minute travel changes. She advocated for these changes and for the cheapest price. She continued to make herself available throughout the travel process, and checked in after the pick up and drop off.
