As a first-time car "shipper", I found the process of scheduling the pickup of my vehicle very confusing. This may be my fault as much as anyone's, but I do think AmeriFreight's website could do a much better job at explaining exactly how the process works to new patrons like myself. However, the person assigned to help me, Rosalind Cook, was very patient and helpful, answering literally dozens of emails. In hindsight I wish I had called her earlier on rather than rely on email to communicate, because when I finally did call, she was a joy to talk to. The good news is, that beside a confusing start to the process, everything worked out great. My car was picked up and delivered in a timely fashion. I was able to even ship some of my personal belonging in the car, saving me time and money. I'm very happy to have my car with me in my new location!
