Was incredibly nice to work with an employee who knows what their job is and knows how to do it quickly and reliably. I didn’t have to ask for extra information bc she already covered that and kept me informed with routine follow-ups and check-ins. That saved me so much time to tend to my other affairs not having to worry about what was happening with my truck. She was even kind enough to inform me that while she was off I would be dealing with another employee and when she could follow up with me upon return. Her ability to multitask as effectively as she is able to is worth every dollar she gets and far more. I really hope she knows that, that skill alone is absolutely priceless and is a very impressive skill to leverage very heavily when bonuses or salaries are discussed!! I couldn’t of been happier with my experience thank you Kallie!!
