Excellent service, very helpful, etc. Ended up well below expected price range. My only complaint is that the structure of this business is such that she's paid on commission based on me leaving this review, which is a situation I find to be deeply unfair to her -- nevertheless, she was incredibly helpful and I'd be happy to use her again.
