Susan was my agent and was great, but the entire team surrounding her was very good at what they did. Rosalind Cook was who I actually spoke to the most. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and was ultimately the reason I chose to ship with Amerifreight. My car was picked up in Wisconsin on Friday night, with an estimated delivery date of the following Friday. Instead, it arrived two days earlier on Wednesday. While I wasn’t expecting it to be early and had to leave work to go pick it up, I was still pleased for it to arrive two days early. The car was still in the exact condition I shipped it in, aside from s tremendous amount of bug splatter but that is to be expected. The man who actually did the auto transport was very nice and respectful. If I ever have to ship a car again, I’ll come back.
