I needed my car taken from VA to CA which is not a local trip. Let me start by saying AmeriFreight is a great company. My agent was Melissa and she was amazing. She communicated everything for me and answered any questions in detail that I had. She always checked in with me even after finding me a carrier offer. Another thing I love is that I had the option to either call or text her and she responded to both as quickly as possible and if she was out of the office for the day, she had a generated text that let me know she is out of the office and what number to contact to get further help. The company AmeriFreight, works as a team. Meaning if you cannot get a hold of your agent because they are out of the office or may be helping another customer at the time of your call, there is always another representative on standby ready to help you and if they don't know what you discussed with your agent, they will happily go find that info out from your agent or have your agent call you back. This company made me feel at ease throughout the entire process which I needed especially with this being my first time ever doing anything like this. I would definitely recommend this company and 100% recommend Melissa to anyone who is looking to ship their car locally or across the country! I mean how could I not recommend someone that is outstanding, knowledgeable, and amazing as Melissa! I cannot express how much she has made me feel at ease and didn't at anytime make me feel like I was going to be hosed or needed to worry that I wouldn't see my car again. I have done research on many companies and even had a company try to pull me away from AmeriFreight but I thank God that I didn't listen and I stayed because it was the best experience! In the future I can skip looking at all those other companies because from personal experience I know this one was worth every penny spent and I will be so excited to use their services again!!
