Overall I would not use this service again. My car did arrive to my location, just not necessarily in the time frame that was given to us. Our actual cost was about 600 dollars more than our quote. Our customer service agent was helpful when able to get a hold of her, but it would take several phone calls and text messages to get a response one or two days later. Other than difficulties getting a hold of our agent, the biggest frustration was the expectations set by our agent. I understand that nothing is perfect, but we were almost guaranteed specific pick up and delivery dates by our agent upon initial contract agreement. By the end of it, our car was picked up 2 days after the date we were given and delivered 3 days after. If our agent was up front about these windows, we could have planned better for our travel.
