I'm pleased with my experience. Cosmo made sure that I was taken care of and took it upon himself to assure that everything was running smoothly. The only reason I put 4/5 is because of the pricing. I hoped that the pricing model would be more intuitive and easy to understand. I was expecting to pay a certain amount, but that amount turned out to be the "bare minimum baseline" and ended up paying much more, despite repeatedly asking representatives if the quote I saw was what I would pay and nothing more. Overall, a pleasant experience, but I wish the pricing model was more understandable for a first time customer.
