Would have given 5 stars but a majority of the good review was more for Santiago from Black Hawk Transportation than AmeriFreight. I did not get told I was even given an agent originally and once I found that out I began trying to contact her which was about 6-8 weeks before the shipping date. My agent was Carovanzieus and I emailed as well as called multiple times. Whenever I called I was told she was busy and would call back but it took up until the week of the shipment for me to actually speak to her. I had asked to be switched agents but never was. I was told no matter what my car will be shipped on the exact date I need it to, but then later told it is not a guarantee. I was never asked to give a window of dates for the car pickup and then I was told the week of that I shouldn’t have waited till last minute…I tried to get in touch way earlier Once Carovan finally did get in touch with me she was great and very helpful I just wish that things didn’t feel so up in the air as shipping your car is not a small thing to do. I am very please with Santiago he was very friendly updated me every time I called or messaged. He was just very easy to stay in touch with and delivery went great as well.
