I had a coast to coast shipping quote for my car, and they made sure to explain the process to me so I knew what was happening! It was somewhat of a last minute order, and I was concerned when I didn’t receive feedback for a while. However, when I called to see if everything was in order, and my service agent Baylee made sure to check on the situation as soon as possible, and they were able to find a carrier a day or two later. I did not continue with the shipping process (had other accommodations) but the people I talked to were very nice and understanding. Even if you don’t ship your car with them, they are still kind to their potential clients.
