This was my first experience having a car transported. Of course, I heard all the bad stories, read the horrible reviews from other companies. So glad I went with AmeriFreight, the reviews were solid and the information they provide upfront what spot on. From my first call, I felt like this was a reputable company to deal with, then I was assigned my Customer Service Agent, Cindy. She was responsive to emails and phone calls. Cindy answered my first-time questions with grace. I was concerned about making my pickup and drop off dates due to being in a less populated location and transporting to an even more remote location; however, Cindy gave information and suggestions to help alleviate my concerns, which in the end all worked out. My car was picked up on time by an extremely nice driver and delivered super quick. I was impressed! Thank you, Cindy, for all your help!!
