Amerifreight is a broker, like pretty much all of the big "car shipping" companies, so they're just matching you up with another company with actual trucks and drivers. That being said, customer service was good and it was refreshing that they were upfront about being a broker and not setting a price ahead of time before matching with an actual shipper. Signing up and payment was simple.
