It’s a really nerve wracking task when shipping your vehicle. For an efficient, worry free experience, the search stops here. Reginald offered the best customer service I may have ever experienced. He held my hand through the entire process and was always reachable and responsive to all my questions from the beginning to the end. His follow through is flawless. The dispatch team were awesome as well quickly making contact to find the best time for pickup. And to come along and top it off, Joe, my vehicle carrier, was the icing on the cake. He delivered my car at the perfect timing as I was coordinating my flight travel with the time the car arrived. He arrived within 2 days of pickup driving 18 hours with 2 other cars in tow….. literally. With gas prices through the roof, their price was reasonable. I could not have had a better experience. Great job everyone!
