Worked with Susan to transport a non-running with no brakes classic car from Maryland to Florida. Once the paper work was discussed and signed, transport was quickly arranged and completed. I began the process on a Thursday, signed the paper work on Friday. Car was picked up on Tuesday, (could have been picked up on Monday, but I had no one available) and arrived on Wednesday. Less than one week after initiating the process I received my vehicle. The car arrived in the same condition, and since it doesn't run, the drive even helped push it into my driveway. Susan was very helpful in the process, kept in touch and responsive to questions/concerns even after deal was signed. She definitely tracked the whole process and followed up when completed. The pricing is the best part. I researched multiple companies, and found a few that provide guaranteed quotes, all of which were the most expensive when compared to non-guaranteed pricing. While AmeriFreight does not provide a guaranteed initial quote price, once you approve the process and they provide an actual quote from the transport company, the rate is guaranteed. In addition, AmeriFreight was the lowest cost option. They were actually less expensive for a non running vehicle than some others were for a running vehicle. If I have further need of a transport company I will be using AmeriFreight. Lowest cost, excellent service and follow up, and quick delivery.
