Company had a great customer service and was very professional when handling our shipment. We only had one problem with our shipment and that was the first driver we were contracted with. He never answered his phone and would not return any calls. Upon being two days beyond his scheduled pickup, he logged out vehicle as picked up although it was not. AmeriFreight did not hesitate and released us from first contract and found us another driver within a day. Very pleased with company and turnaround time.
