I was dreading this process, but Virginia was friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout the process. Having only shipped a car once before, she gave me confidence to trust her advice on carrier offers and time frames. My carrier was great, and although they arrived a day later than the estimate, I understand they're only estimates, not guarantees, and arrivals can vary due to weather & other factors. it actually worked out better for my schedule anyway. Overall, a pretty easeful experience with a friendly caring agent. Thanks, Virginia and AmeriFreight!
